A Sensei sees only the list below, and only after you agree.

What a Sensei can and can't see about you.

What a Sensei can see

  1. Your display name, username, avatar, and which plan you're on.
  2. Total XP, today's XP, your current streak, and your longest streak.
  3. Words mastered per JLPT level, and your flashcard counts: due, learning, and mastered.
  4. Your last 8 practice sessions, each as a feature, a level, and a score percentage.
  5. Every assignment in that class: its state, your progress against the target, when you finished, and any feedback they left.

What stays private

  1. Your email, password, and anything to do with billing or your plan payments.
  2. Dictionary searches, Play and Versus match history, and your settings.
  3. Anything from another class, and anything from before you joined this one.

The rules around it

Nothing shows before you agree

A Sensei can only see students who are active in the class and agreed when they joined.

Sensei notes don't change your numbers

A Sensei can leave feedback, add a sticker or mark a task done, but can't change your real numbers. A task marked by hand is recorded as marked by hand, and your measured progress still shows underneath.
Leaving the class ends the Sensei's view at once, and every word, card and bit of XP you earned stays yours.
